JAKARTA, APRIL 1, 2022 – Watsons, as a leading international health and beauty retail that has been in the field of health and beauty for many years, especially in the Asian and European markets, announced a collaboration in the field of health and beauty Online and Offline (O+O) with fast growing telemedicine and digital health provider, Good Doctor Technology Indonesia (Good Doctor).
To expand their online reach through the Good Doctor platform and enhance their digital transformation efforts, this collaboration will enable more customers to gain easy access to purchasing their favorite health and beauty products at their official Watsons store through the HealthMall in Good Doctor’s application. Through this collaboration, it will establish Watsons’ ongoing commitment to get closer to consumers which is aligned with Good Doctor’s commitment in making it easier for customers
to meet their health and wellness needs without having to leave the house.

The launch of the collaboration began with a morning workout activity which took place at the newest Watsons’ BSD Street Store area and was attended by Watsons’ members as well as their loyal customers, with strict COVID-19 health protocols for physical gathering events. The event also included a health talk show about being “Healthy and Active during Ramadan” featuring Dr. Adhiatma Gunawan, Head of Medical Good Doctor Technology Indonesia. During the health talk show, Dr. Adhiatma
Gunawan, explained the benefits of fasting for health, shared specific tips for patients with certain conditions during fasting and gave tips on ways to maintain health and exercise while fasting.
Watsons Indonesia’s products are available for purchase on Good Doctor’s application and GrabHealth Indonesia, starting from the 1 st of April 2022.
